Welcome to Sponsored Programs. This division of the Board of Regents administers State and federal programs that provide funds and other resources to Louisiana’s post-secondary education community. Over the last two decades, Louisiana has made great strides in improving the quality of research and the education of our students at all levels, and the Board of Regents has played a significant role in these achievements. This site will provide you with information about funding opportunities and other programs available through the Board of Regents Support Fund (BoRSF), the Louisiana Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) and special appropriations.
